Alexandra Wenzel is a self-taught artist based in Brooklyn, NY specializing in drawing, colored pencils, and painting. She is known for her fluid, draping linework and realistic renderings. Her art explores themes of vulnerability, womanhood, and the absurdity of modern life. With an understanding of light and color reminiscent of the old masters, she uses traditional techniques to playfully ruminate on the foundations of the human experience.
